This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you interact with our websites, mobile apps, bots or API (“Platform”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.

This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect on the Platform, in email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Platform. It does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means, or by any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries).

  • automatically as you navigate through the Platform (information collected automatically may include usage details, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies).

We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:

  • to present our Platform and its contents to you;

  • to provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us;

  • to fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it;

  • to provide you with notices about your account;

  • to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you, our customers and us, including for billing and collection;

  • to authorized users within the communities (our Customers) that a user has joined;

Data that is reproduced or downloaded by our Customers is no longer governed or protected by LeagueSpot or this policy. Excluding data access by our Customers, LeagueSpot does not and will never sell your personal information.

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites not under our control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these sites. Children Under the Age of 13

In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If we learn that we have collected any personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as possible. Your personal data collected by us is stored and processed in the United States using services that enforce encryption-at-rest technology. We also take measures to ensure service providers that process data on our behalf also have appropriate security controls in place.

Request for Deletion

You have the right under this Privacy Policy, and by law if you are within the EU, to request deletion of your personal information that:

  • is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;

  • was collected in relation to processing that you previously consented to, but later withdrew such consent; or

  • was collected in relation to processing activities to which you object, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for our processing.

If we receive a request from you to erase your personal data, and we are required by law to comply, we will confirm that your personal data has been deleted, and where feasible, we will also confirm with any third parties to whom your personal data have been disclosed that they have deleted your personal data as well.
