Legacy Esports, Inc. DBA LeagueSpot ("LeagueSpot", "we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting it through our compliance with this Privacy Policy. This policy describes the types of information we may collect from you or that you may provide when you interact with our websites, mobile apps, bots or API (“Platform”) and our practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting, and disclosing that information.
This Privacy Policy applies to information we collect on the Platform, in email, text, and other electronic messages between you and the Platform. It does not apply to information collected by us offline or through any other means, or by any third party (including our affiliates and subsidiaries).

about your internet connection, the equipment you use to access our Platform and usage details.
We collect this information:
directly from you when you provide it to us; and/or
from other authorized users, such as your school director or team coach; and/or
automatically as you navigate through the Platform (information collected automatically may include usage details, and information collected through cookies, web beacons, and other tracking technologies).
How We Use Your Information
We use information that we collect about you or that you provide to us, including any personal information:
to present our Platform and its contents to you;
to provide you with information, products, or services that you request from us;
to fulfill any other purpose for which you provide it;
to provide you with notices about your account;
to carry out our obligations and enforce our rights arising from any contracts entered into between you, our customers and us, including for billing and collection;
to notify you about changes to our Platform or any products or services we offer or provide though it;
in any other way we may describe when you provide the information;
for any other purpose with your consent.
Disclosure of Your Information
We may disclose aggregated information about our users, and information that does not identify any individual, without restriction. We may disclose personal information that we collect or you provide as described in this privacy policy:
to service providers that we use to support our business (e.g., to SendGrid when sending emails or Stripe when processing payments);
to authorized users within the communities (our Customers) that a user has joined;
to fulfill the purpose for which you provide it;
for any other purpose disclosed by us when you provide the information;
with your consent.
Data that is reproduced or downloaded by our Customers is no longer governed or protected by LeagueSpot or this policy. Excluding data access by our Customers, LeagueSpot does not and will never sell your personal information.

Our Platform may contain links to third-party websites not under our control. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of these sites. Children Under the Age of 13
In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13 without parental consent. If we learn that we have collected any personal information from a child under the age of 13 without verifiable parental consent, we will delete that information from our database as quickly as possible. If you believe that we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at privacy@leaguespot.gg.
For additional safety, we do not collect profile pictures from children, and we do not display any personal information publicly or to unauthorized community members.
If you are under 13, please read our Children’s Privacy Policy with your parent(s) and/or legal guardian(s) and ask them questions about what you do not understand.

Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.

Your personal data collected by us is stored and processed in the United States using services that enforce encryption-at-rest technology. We also take measures to ensure service providers that process data on our behalf also have appropriate security controls in place.

We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. We use encryption technology for information sent and received by us.
The safety and security of your information also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of our Platform, you are responsible for keeping this password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
Retention and Deletion

After this period, your personal data will be irreversibly deleted. Some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use, and/or comply with legal requirements where applicable.
Request for Deletion
You have the right under this Privacy Policy, and by law if you are within the EU, to request deletion of your personal information that:
is no longer necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;
was collected in relation to processing that you previously consented to, but later withdrew such consent; or
was collected in relation to processing activities to which you object, and there are no overriding legitimate grounds for our processing.
If we receive a request from you to erase your personal data, and we are required by law to comply, we will confirm that your personal data has been deleted, and where feasible, we will also confirm with any third parties to whom your personal data have been disclosed that they have deleted your personal data as well.

Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your personal information may be transferred. We will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different Privacy Policy.
